Hey, it's been a while, eh? And suddenly I hit you guys with a real person drawing! *gasp*
This here is Alex Pettyfer, drawn with a photo reference and my saviour the grid method. He's a gift for a classmate moving away. Truth be told, we're not best friends (though we were in the same group last year), but the times I've talked to her she has always been super, super sweet and nice. Wish I coulda gotten to know her better.
Time: Er... less than 10 hours I suppose.
Equipment: Lyra pencils in 2B, 4B and 6B, and tortillons and a tissue for blending.
PS I find Alex so-so. Shh! And oops about the grid lines--I'll work on that. I definitely will do more drawings like this!
